At Speak Cheezy, our 5 day naturally fermented sourdough is one of the original Sourdough Pizzas of Los Angeles. We source our organic flours from local milled grains and generational producers, we use only the best quality farmers market ingredients to provide our community with beautiful 14-inch pies from our kitchen to your family dinner table. Our take-out style restaurant provides customers with fresh, New York slices and Sicilian style grandma squares everyday from 12-4pm or available until sell out! Planning a pizza party event? Chef Jason Winters of Speak Cheezy has nearly a decade of experience catering hundreds of weddings all over southern California. And in total 27 years in the kitchen. We are preferred vendors with several venues and have worked with hundreds of coordinators and staffing companies.
