Par Bake Finishing Instructions


Pizzas

Preheat oven to 550°F (or the highest temperature your oven allows).


Sicilians (Thick / Square):

1. Place pizza directly on oven rack or baking sheet

2. Rotate every 4 minutes

3. Bake ~8 minutes

4. Remove when hot throughout with a crisp bottom

New York–Style (Thin Crust):

1. Place pizza directly on oven rack or baking sheet

2. Rotate once halfway through

3. Bake ~ 6–10 minutes

4. Remove when hot and crisp to your liking

Oven times may vary. Bake until your desired crispiness is reached.


Pasta 

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Keep tray tightly covered with foil

3. Heat until hot throughout: 30–40 minutes

Optional: uncover and bake 5–10 minutes to lightly brown. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

If reheating from the fridge, allow extra time.


Sauced Wings

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Place wings on a foil-lined tray and cover loosely

3. Heat 15–20 minutes

4. Remove foil for the last 5 minutes if desired.
